Downtown is booming! Well, sort of. Hundreds of new condos, lofts and townhomes have come on line as homebuyers, and now renters, have rediscovered the joys of an urban lifestyle. In recent months, many of the "For Sale"signs have been replaced by "For Lease" signs. Are there deals to be had? You bet, but you need to be quick for the great deals, the ones that come and go before you even realized they were there.
